No Title I would say that you go ahead and request that the new -140 be substituted on your pending I-485, thus hopefully, saving you from the delay associated with an RFE. Speak with you lawyer about this option.

No Title Aqua - The earlier post by Jay-ram seems to conflict with what the IIO is telling you, about your I-140 being treated with other new I-140s. His case seems to be very similar to yours, and was approved in a few weeks.
