No Title I can\'t say. He first said that my case is being processed and then told me that might be an Notice of Action (RFE in our term) on it. Maybe my calling trigger the RFE.

No Title My detail PD 12/95 EB-2 China RD 11/27/98, ND 12/2/98, FP 5/99. On 6/23/00 VSC send RFE (employment letter and updated G-325A form). RFE received by lawyer on 6/26/00, response send yesterday. VSC issued a lot of RFE for late 98 filer. I am sure there are still lot of 98 waiters.
