No Title I do not believe that the employer can do any thing. There are no grounds for revoking your green card accept if you left the company, still you will a very strong reason for leaving i.e. mistreatment.

No Title Calling IIO should not effect your processing time. I don\'t know what is a good frequency to call them. It all depends on your case status. Does it warrant very frequent calling? (Case has been delayed, problems with the application etc.). This is just my opinion!!

Hi Gang, It was a long arduous journey. My receipt date was July 99, ND Aug 99, EB2, India. The delay was caused by screw up in my I140 approval which was assigned a wrong A#. Finally, I-485 got approved on Aug 03, 2001. Had to involve senator\'s office back in January to get all the mess...
