My H1 transfer is pending since sept 10th. Recently, I applied for transfer to another comany based on earlier transfer receipt. Now I want to know that are these two linked togather? which approval will come first or both cases will be decided at same time Thanks

I have applied for H1 transfer with my new employer on sept 10th along with last paystub that I received from my previous emplyer on Aug 9th. Therefore, there is 1 month gap. If my H1 is not approved due to 1 month of gap, do I have to go outside for stamping immediately? My visa on passport...
