If I were you, I will get the Driver's record from Maryland and NJ just before the interview and give it to them. This way, if it shows up just before interview, you can pay and show the receipt.

If I were you, I would not cancel. If you attend and IO feels ok with proper and clear explanation, IO might award your citizenship. If not it is going to be denied in which case you can wait and appy again.

Did you get an official letter from them that second one is also cancelled? If not go take an info pass and make sure that it this has happened and find the status.
I think there are 2 oath cermony. One for the morning batch and one for the afternoon. The morning batch oath took place around 2:00 PM when I had the interview.

1. Since you have filed last chg. of address that sh. be fine.
2. Form your post it looks that you are staying in a place and you wife alone travels frequently between your kids place... then it is fine.

Most of the bank will have a person who can notarize...
Also, you might have a seperate account now... Was the old account which you mentioned above is still active... Then you can get statement for 3 motnhs and show it to them.
I may be wrong. But one of my friends daughter left before the parents became citizen to continue her studies in her country. Once the parents became citizen she came down to US to get her citizenship before she becomes major. Of course she was here permanently for more than 10 years.
