if one person works, can his/her spouse apply for unemployment?

we don't have many photos together either. i seriously regret it. i wish i love taking photos when i was much thinner:o

...and our appointment is only 3 weeks away. he's so sad and stressed out... i got my EAD card and have been working. so financially we're alright. but how can we explain to the interviewer if he cannot find a job before the interview? we're petrified and don't know what to do. please give us...
