Glad to reply... Priority Date Oct 5th, 1998. RD Oct 24th,2000. ND Nov 21st,2000. FP Sometime in Feb 2001. As per AVM, I-485 got approved on 16th Nov, 2001. EAC-01-039-***** I-140 was approved for AOS. I am still waiting for my approval notice...will keep you guys posted.

My spouse & myself got approved on Nov 16th, 2001 as per the AVM. I called the INS today morning & heard the great news on the AVM. I am one of the Oct/Nov 2000 guys...been patiently waiting for my approval. Looks like our IIO finally woke up. Will keep you guys posted!

Same story here... No company change, Never out of status, No RFE until now. "Final Adjudication" is all they keep saying. This was 2 weeks ago! I know Mitwa recently got approved. He was the one who started a chain on pending Nov cases a while ago.Hopefully even should hear...

Congrats...but then... My heartiest congratulations to you & your family. We know that the AVM isn\'t always updated, that\'s why we sometimes try to get the latest info. from IIO\'s. Yours seems to be an exactly opposite case where the AVM is updated, but the IIO still doesn\'t know...
