No Title INS doesn\'t like issuing 2 Visa No. for same person. If they come to know then there may serious problem. So be carefull. You should withdraw one of them.

How long does it take to get the card from VSC once passport is stamped ? If I resign from current job will it affect to get the card ?

I got the passport stamped yesterday and it has everything except any stamp of INS. So by just looking at it you can\'t say whether it is stamped by INS or somebody else. Is this the case for everybody >?

Today I my passport stamped at Atlanta and I was told that it will take 6 to 12months to get the actual card. My service center was VSC Does it that long to get the card ? Anybody has any experience from Atlanta/VSC ?

My lawyer has send the original I94 to INS with my I485 application. INS has not returned yet. My approval letter says that for passport stamping I94 is required. So I am wondering whether anybody with this situation got passport stamped without original I94. Somebody please post

My approval notice says that it requires I94, passport & 2 photo. Does that mean I don\'t need any other document like employment letter etc ?

Last week when my application got approved, but my wife\'s didn\'t, my wife called up INS and found that her application was filed separately NOT as dependent of me. As a result her application didn\'t get approved. Has anybody with similar situation ? What to do ? Please help
