H1 going for EAD/Sp - can H1 spouse work?
Currently on H1 visa (moved from L1A since 7 year term was complete). I have an EAD & AP, my spouse does not because we weren't married when 485 was filed. My H4 spouse is intending to work now. L1 (485 filed) & L2 (485 not filed) - Expiry date coming..
I am here on L1A Visa. My 485 was filed during Aug 2007 rush while I wasn't married. My spouse came to US on L2. 7 year L1 term is expiring in December 2010. I have my EAD based on pending 485, so I can extend my stay until 485 decision. Issue now is I cannot file for my spouse's 485 since...- readersthink
