Can I become a passive partner with H1B?
Partner in a business while on H1B Hi, I am on an H1B and just filed for my 485 with my employer. I am also a partner in another LLC(50-50) with another partner who has GC. I perform minimal work on voluntary basis for the business(signing payment checks and contracts - once a month)...- samkap
