no news is good news. There is another LUD on my wife's 485 on Dec 2nd. I did speak to an IO again and she said it is all clear and just hang tight. She did say though no visa number has been assigned yet.

The namecheck process takes only 1-2 days and it must have been initiated the day you filed your 485.

I just spoke to another IO and she said my background check is clear. I asked her specifically if my name check was clear and she said yes. Now I just hope it is true !!

I saw a LUD on Nov 28th and NOV 29th on my 485. I spoke to the IO and she said my case has been assigned to an officer for review and they have sent for background check clearance because it was pending. Is that a good sign ? My details EB 2 India PD dec 2003 485 Rd June 6th

I just spoke to a TSC IO.. very nice lady...told me my wifes name check was clear and mine is still pending... Is that Unusual ?? My details PD 2003 EB2 - India I140 approved I485 RD June07 LUDS on 485 ..Aug 5, 10, 12, 13.
