EAD Extension/Renewal Time
It is very easy to do yourself with EAD ext. If you have your org copy of I-765, just copy most of the content and send it to INS with 2 photos and $120. That\'s it!- raymond01

laid off and unemployment benefit
No problem to apply for Unemp benefit. My wife was laid off in Desc 2001 and applied for unemp benefit in Texas. they only asked whether you are permit to work at the time you apply for benefit.
