    No Title EB3 PD 1/96; RD,ND 2/99. RFE 7/00. Still waiting. The fact that the September EB3 date for India has advanced (although by a small amount) indicates that it is unlikely that the per-country quota has been reached.

    VSC EB3 RD:01/25/99 - Received RFE

    No Title Dan Dan, I submitted the BC given by the local authorities (Registrar of Births and Deaths). As the BC was taken well after the birth (based on records from the hospital), my attorney advised me to send affidavits from two people. Hope this helps.

    Just spoke with an IIO at VSC

    Hi folks, Spoke with an IIO at VSC. Per the IIO, VSC is now processing Jan. 99 cases. My RD is Feb 23rd. 99. Was asked to call back after 2 months, if the case has not been adjudicated by then. Thanks.
