One interesting thing here is that I called TSC IO one hour before getting the approval email and he said that Visa # is not available for your case and you will not get the approval till October. I asked him why other persons with PD after me are getting the approval when nothing is pending on...

I just received a call from congressman's office. She told me my namecheck just got cleared and I should hear soon from the agency(45 to 60 days). She also told me that the case is with examinar now.

Name check I think with the second FP and case transfer they send the case again for name check. When I called NSC I got this info on my case. My name check was cleared with my first FP but TSC sent it again and now its pending with FBI as "duplicate". I got this info from TSC today. Dont know...
