All Philly transfers: Just got my interview notice from INS Philadelphia. It is scheduled on July 25th, exactly 3 months after my case was transferred.
Can someone post their experience with congressman intervention in local transfer cases. My case was transferred to Philly on 4/25 (pd: 7/98, rd: 2/00, FP: 2/01, TD: 4/01) and I am being advised to approach Congressman. Seeking some direction from experts... Thanks!

I don\'t think INS will split hair with terminology. My labor certification approval said "Management Analyst" and I-140 & I-485 had "Business Analyst". No one has pointed out to me this to be a problem.
