    No Title no both VI and A# nos are same... eg (IV123456) and pp has (A123456) and Plastic card has (A0123456) Hope this helps...

    No Title CP : Mumbai consulate in Jul\'01 POE : SFO PP stamped with A# no (eg:A123456) recd Plastic card in oct\'01 with same A# no as in PP but there is a 0 appended to it (eg:A0123456)

    Incorrect Name on Birth Certificate

    No Title Orignal Birthcertificate + translation(if BC is in regional language) + A supporting affadavit by yr wifes parents that she is their daughter and that here name has been misspelled in her birthcertificate and that the true name is so&so should be sufficient for CP.
