I140/I485 concurrent filing
can i apply i-485 while I-140 is in process Hi, I have applied I-140 for Substitute Labour(2005) as a future employee on May 3rd 2007..even i received receipt number...So my question is.....As I-485 is current date...can i apply for that.....?? Please kindly suggest what can i do next...- himaveman
