ravi1985: The issue is not what was missing from the application since the application was as complete as it could be!! The issue is CGI Houston rigging the application (taking stuff out) and sending it back - marked as incomplete!!

Yes! We did get the oath letters right away. The IO gave us an option when to take the oath. Since I had to travel overseas a day after the interview I asked for the earliest date available after I was scheduled to get back. Oath ceremony is at the Plano Centre.
