I forgot to update you, guys, on the 14th I got an email about the interview letter being sent, I received the letter on the 21st. My interview is scheduled in San Antonio for March 15th :)

I got an email notification today that a letter with an interview appointment has been sent to me. The step on USCIS website: Testing and interview. Wow, it is going pretty fast, I had my FP taken 8 days ago. So I guess I need to start going through the questions... :)

I wonder how long it will take for the FBI to do the background check and how soon the USCIS will schedule the interview...

I had my biometrics done today. My appt was at noon, but I went there after 9am, and they didn't cause any problems, I was third in line and went super fast!

I am also a December filer. My dates are as follows: 12.01.2010-sent the application+documents to Dallas PO Box 12.06. 2010-documents received 12.07.2010-Notice of Action 12.20.2010 - email informing about sent RFE 12.27.2010- FP notice in the mail (01.06.2011 - appointment)

Well, I was a bit worried because the evidence we sent wasn't a lot... Form, money, Bank statements for two accounts (in both names), car insurance in both names, car title (both our names on it), mail sent to both of us, but also separate mail with the same address on it, photos with both of us...

I got the GC today!! :) I would have probably gotten it yesterday but it was a holiday... Of course, there is a mistake on it... it has the wrong "resident since" date... and the funny thing is that in 2007 my original conditional card had the same mistake... I went to the Local Office then to...

Finally some update today :) Card production ordered... they say it might take up to 30 days... but I wonder how long it will actually take.... How long did you have to wait for it to arrive? As far as the update... it changed from Initial review yesterday to card production today... crazy!

Thanks! I am so happy this is all over... I am planning, just like you, to apply for the citizenship next year... But the PR was the priority... you can exist without the citizenship ;) Thank you for your help!

I see nobody has been checking this thread lately.... Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that my I-751 has been approved on Nov 16th, and today I got the congratulations letter :) Now I am waiting for the green card to arrive. But I was so misled checking updates on USCIS website... even...

I also filed in July. Still waiting for any updates. Got 2 updates after biometrics...

I had my bio done today. It took a while since they have just opened this ASC and they had some opening ceremony today... but the whole fingerprinting went fast, she had to retake a few prints, though... Right after this I checked the case status and it was touched, but the same message was...

Just forgot to add that my case status showed up online the same day I received my BIO appointment letter, so I didn't have to wait for the fingerprints to be taken... just to let you know... But it seems nobody was checking here today...

It is VSC. But guess what, I got my biometrics appointment today! It was super fast! I got NOA and extension letter on Monday, and BIO appointment today (Thursday), are the VSC speeding up or something? Anyways, my BIO appointment is on August 21, and I was wondering if I could go any earlier...
