Thanks Guys ....One major concern plz reply ... Do they calculate the salary based on ytd earning on the lastest paystub ...as my previous rate was lot less i made up the rate in last 2 paystub to reflect the amount on my LC...this is for this year..my last years w2 shows earning equal to LC...

My Paystubs shows no of hours and hourly rate as i work hourly ...and it is different as had couple of changes in client ..but my W2 shows that my earnings equal to amount on my Labor Certificate...lawyer says that since u have hourly rate and no of hours on yur paystub it shows you as a...

I send my Packet 3 yesterday so am expecting interview in around 2-3 months ..now what do i have to do to get this PCC!!!! My details are i only lived in india (Mumbai) and am here since 5 years...

I agree with u Kevin ..as there is only .1% successful posting on this site... I guess there are atleast 10 interview every day for CP..but the success posting we get on the web is hardly 1 or 2 for that specific day..i wonder are there any rejections or people dotn post after they get the visa\'s

Opt for CP ..as u can go to 485 at any stage without loosing any time....but reverse will cost u cou  

I got my packet 3 ( it came to my lawyer)..which documents do i have to send to the consulate...my lawyer only gave me DS230 part 1 to be filled but i guess there are couple of more forms to be filled...

Hi Sam_Rij ... So there ws no interview at all... Was it with you or most of the people for EB IV category ... also did everyone got there approval for EB IV category it helps to know pyschologically... Thanks
