My P3 generated on 12/04 as per NVC AVM My P3 was generated and sent to attorney on Dec 04 as per NVC AVM. Attorney has not received yet. I was wondering if it is good idea to send P3 to Chennai consulate in the meantime, as NVC may have already notified the consulate?

Message to SenWho Hello SenWho, As I see from the posting here, your I824 receipt date is 8/20. So it is already 90 days. The VSC AVM says it takes 60 - 90 days. Did you check with VSC what is the status of your I824 as it is already 90 days?

It is a different case here... Sen, Mine is a different case here. Chennai says it has excess work load and hence can not accept AC I140.. My home town comes under Chennai consular jurisdiction, so need to wait for I824 approval from the INS.
