I have received labor ceritifcation papers on 07/05. It took approximatly 2 1/2 weeks to get papers after seeing status changed to "certified". Thanks for this forum only place to go to get some useful information. P-05139-XXXXX Status - "CERTIFIED" on 06/18 Papers received on 07/05.
