Thank you Cart & ttinatl. I just got e-mails from USCIS saying that the I-130 is approved and that a welcome letter has been mailed out yesterday.

Greencard holders cannot petition for their siblings, unfortunately. Even after you get ur citizenship, it still takes forever for a U.S. citizen's siblings to get GC. The current wait is about 10 to 20 years.
