You should in the mean while Be ready with all the documentation. They say 30 days but some times ppl have reported getting LC in 4-5 days. so be positive and do your home work good luck hope you can apply for 140 & 485

similar issue In my case, employer was suggested by me that rebuttal dint make any sense, so they set wages to PW and answered NOF all was well and good and got certification of LCA

I happened the same way I happened the same way only. after rebutul the PBEC gave the LCA in 20 days ceretiefied

assigned on mar 28th ceretified on apr 19th, but on the march 31st attorney replied for NOF so probably took 22 days
