do I need to take a new photo? what kind of photo it is? The same one as when we file 485 (side face), or the regular passport photo(front face)? Can we use the digital scan of the original 485 and print it? and the photo was taken two years ago thanks

On the Fax, first page is a fax cover letter, telling where the fax is from, such as BCIS divisions and ws number (I guess it is work station number who is handleing my case), The 2nd page is the RFE detail, has my Alien Number, wac number, and the document they need (I have listed it above)...

toonarmy those AP or EAD or 485 to them are seperate cases, and your AP case is in front of them does not mean your 485 physical case document is in front of them (Otherwise their office will be like mess)
