Spouse is H-4 My spouse status is H4. Till yesterday my attorney has not received the RFE notice. The message says it was sent on March 30th (saturday). I am not sure if they send out mail on saturday. Will let you know once I receive it.

no problem I had the same experience after I did my FP. Once the results were received the AVM changed to resumed...so dont worry.. - I am a May 7th RD still waiting for approval

Do it yourself Both the EAD and AP forms are one page forms.. They ask you for all basic information (name /address/DOB/ etc.) You can do it yourself. I filled out the EAD form myself and my friend filed his own AP. Goodluck
