Make sure A# on your AP is same as A# on your 485 receipt. I had this problem with my AP. I did not notice until the Immigration officer at the port of entry told me. Fortunately I had my I-485 receipt copy with me. He corrected the A# on my AP by hand and told me to carry 485 receipt with AP.
