In my case they simply asked to do one additional test. There should be a clear message in your REF. Sometime, they ask to return the original with additional test. Your doctor would know all these things.

It is better to use what you have. In fact, you don't need to do anything. Your doctor should be able to take care of that.

In my case, it was clearly written to go back to same doctor. But, I was not asked to send both forms. Just the supplemental.

Harakad, Don't worry about that. It means that your spouse case is all clear. She should get the approval as soon as Primary is cleared. This is as an IO. I have a slightly diff situation as all LUDs are for my dependant only.

Some update on my case.. Received a RFE yesterday for my Daughter - medical needs to be redone. I am not sure if Pallu is still mainting this thread and updating the cases.

I just saw a LUD on my daughter's 485 application. She is 6 now. I am wondering what it could be. There is no LUD for me or my wife.
