    Thanks a lot Ginnu for your answer. But my new H1 petition will be valid only from May 2007 and I don't have the valid visa stamping on my passport. My biggest worry is about the VISA validity, will the new VISA valid from the issue date or from May 2007 only? Thanks again daarI_toorisu
