RFE issued for me
I am kind of numb. Dont feel anything about it. As I see it my lawyer screwed it up. Anyways here is the info :
REF issued : 6/18
Attorney rcvd : 6/24
RFE replied 6/25.
Since I checked the AVM on 6/18 night, I was kind of ready
with the forms (W2s and pay stubs)...
count me in
Called CSC to check the status yesterday. Learned that they sent me an RFE, waiting for the same and keeping my fingers crossed. The waiting is just going to get worse, at this point I dont think I really care about the day approval comes ( if any )
details..
you can find all my details under pcee\'s list for July. I am the 3rd in the list, I guess.
Some background on the fax enquiry. I got hold of an IIO on 3/28, asked him what was going with my AOS since, I see everyone else getting it. He was not too helpful but said my FP results...

not sure..
they replied on 1st April (ya, I know the date is spooky too) for an enquiry I sent on 3/28. Someone wrote "case is pending - An officer is assigned to adjudicate this case"
That\'s it nothing more.
not in my case
I was hoping for the 2-3 weeks too, but didn\'t happen for me. When INS replied for my fax enquiry a while back, it said the app was assigned to an officer. No approval yet..
faxed my enquiry
to : (949)389-3055. I guess this is the same number
everyone here knows about.
I know, its too much spooky, that they not only bothered
to look at it but also responded back. I took a real long
thought to see if it was not some kind of prank.
The unlucky thread ( FP done no approval )
For all those who did not get our approvals with all others, should we start a new tread or may be a yahoo group ?? It would not only keep our info together and keep track of any advances, but also might help us to chalk out a strategy ( if any ) to...
Nope
there is an NRC where all records of federal govt of every time & time are archived. I remember INS opening an NRS subsidiary with great fanfare in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The plan was thay, they want to centralize all the alien records (A-files) currently stored in all local INS...
