No Title In looking at the tracker (e-nairobi.com), there are a few FP notices issued in May and June. Peebee (ND 04/01) received the FP notice on 06/04. Also there are a few 04/02 and 05/02 filers have done FP in June. Don\'t understand the logic behind the national scheduler.

No Title I guess my point is that the UIB itself won\'t affect the AOS case. I agree that you will need to have a similar job when your case is close to be approved in case they ask for employment verification.

My detail: RD 06/2001 ND 07/2001 EAD/AP: 08/2001 Spoke to IIO three months ago and was told that the FP notice was ordered for me. Nothing happened yet. This has become very frustrating. Don\'t know what they are doing.
