H1B stamping
My H-1B visa expired 12/2004.I had subsequently travelled to India using my Advance Parole.Now I have renewed my H-1B for another 3 years.Will there be a problem in getting a visa stamped in India because my previous visa has expired for more than 12 months.- neelar

transit visa
Hi, I will be travelling to India via Air India , Newark-Paris -Mumbai Route using Advance Parole.I have an expired H1-B in my passport.Do I need a transit visa for Paris.My travel agent says I don't need one but French Embassy Website indicates that I do need one.Please advise.- neelar
