How many shared assets, kids, do you have with her? If none, why not stay married to her and not show up to the interview they will most likely require. or tel USCIS it's fraudulent and accept consequences. Hire an immigration lawyer!

Thank you all who corrected me. You're right, careful examination of the language in Type (A) reveals that it would cover a joint filing of I-485 and I-130.
