Hey Guys... I posted in another thread that my employer is currently holding on to my I94 that I need for transferring to another company. Now, from what I understand, legally the document belongs to me. So, him asking for money for a document that already belongs to me is blatant...

So what is the turnaround time for this kind of complaint.. ?
