Has anyone filed (or heard someone filed) I485 with EB1/NIW, and got case re-evaluated at the 485 stage(I mean evaluating the creditials which are done at the I140 stage)? Your input will be very much appriciated!

I am going to travel with AP. I have one I-94 when i first came to US, never left contry since then. I also have the I-94 card with my H1b approval. The question is : when i leave US, which I -94 shall i turn in? Thanks for answering the question

Not super actually this is my second appilication. the first one is long and pain waiting. So I started the second one, which is very smooth. My lesson is to keep up with the case to make sure it is going normally.
