Whatever the reason you are not supposed to do such thing. Why you will check any others case status ? If there is any monitoring system or any log his case will be screwed up. If you are that much desperate go and sit out side of VSC ins and beg for your status/approval. Whatever the reason...

My case was approved yesterday and expecting my approval notice in 1-2 weeks but my passport is expiring on 16 June 02. Is it necessary to renew my passport before stamping or can be renewed after the stamping. Please help. Thanks

To ypt. I called IIO in 2nd wk of Feb but she didn\'t gave any useful info. I asked her \'what is the status of my case ?. she said, my case is pending. when I asked again whether my case has been assigned to officer or not? she said \'no decision has been made\'. Thanks
