    we witness a significant slow down since 5/15. I used to predict INS to finish all july 2001 case by 6/30/3002. Now it seems like a dream. Let\'s set the date to 7/31/2002.

    Will Late FP delay 485 Approval

    I just go across the rupnet.com, for all July 2001 filers, There are 26 applicants did their FP after 3/01/2002. Among all of them, only 2 got approval, 3 got RFE. 5 / 26 = 19% while for all Julys, approval = 197, RFE = 16, total = 213 213 / 326 = 65% There is big difference.

    unpredictable VSC vs. My prediction

    VSC keeps us down. Based on its performs, I would hope VSC: (1) finish July 2001 case by 6/30/2002 (2) finish Aug. 2001 case by 8/31/2002 (3) finish Sept. 2001 case by 10/31/2002 Hopefully I can get mine approved in sept. or oct. How about your opinion?

    Pre-defined filter Sorry it is a mis-understansding. I just figured out that your pre-defined filter is based on Last Updated date. This is very confusing. I suggested that your changed to based on Approved date. For example, click "yesterday" shows records which were updated...
