05/03/2002, my case is a perfect example to beat all those theory out there to try to explain why our cases got delayed for so long. the PBEC and DOL as a whole just plain suck and are irresponsible, that's all.
I just heard from our HR that we received more than 20 approvals in last week and ..... they are all from 2004. As hse said: those left in 2002 and 2003 are very quiet"

I hope your lawyer is right, that would be the greatest news for me too. Could you share some details like how your lawyer got his/her imformation or how did it come up? I mean I just enjoy even a shred of light in signt.

My PD is may/2002 and my 45 days letter was received and replied in June,2006. Most of my colleagues with similar PD ( I mean 2002--early 2003)

your case is really similar to mine. My is also PD may/2002 and status "data review", except I did receive 45 days letter and responded (at least according to my lawyers).
If your case is updated to "in process" or better yet directly to "in process" please update here so I can get a better...
