PBEC processing 2002 NY cases according to my company lawyer, PBEC is processing NY 2002 cases right now, not sure how accurate this message it is. from the screen shot she sent to me, the prevailing wage is still empty, all others filled. my case is NY 2002/07 RIR EB2.

I think everybody should write a letter to PBEC top boss to express your frustration with this mess. it maybe has a better effect than writing to senator or congressman.

dont think your NOF is a big deal if it is only because of prevailing wage issue. at least somebody is taking care of your case. :) hope your case will be reopened and approved soon.

cases certified from murthy.com site: The DOL's report indicated that they have finalized 50 percent of their original caseload of about 362,000 cases. so i dont feel that lots of 2001/2002 case will receive NOF. it still have lots of cases unprocessed. http://www.murthy.com/news/n_bpc906.html
