Hi bendon, I was always in CA. But my company's head office is in Verginia that's why they filled my case from VSC. But I did move during this period and I did inform USCIS about my address chace via AR-11 form. Let me know if you have any further questions

Good Work ..... I really appriciate what Rajiv and others are doing. Even though my case is approved I still thinks USCIS sucks and they shoud improve their customer service by reducing the huge backlog.

My exact RD is 02/24/2001 I did recive an RFE for employment and USCIS received repose to this RFE on 11/06/2003. for xl088 questions I didn't do any thing to get 3rd FP notice. They sent it to me but notice says if your application is already granted then please disregard this notice...

Yes did receive 2nd fp. I did my first FP in March '02

I got a 2nd fp notice in the mail and my lawyer also received the same.

No They don't even after fp is done. I went for 2nd FP around 15 days back but they haven't updated the online message.

I Don't know about NewYork I went to Sacramento BCIS application center and they are open tue to saturday.

I also received 2nd finger printing this friday and I went for finger printing this saturday(07/26). They did not say anything and I was done in less 20 mins.
