File I-140 W/O ETA-750 (missing) Don't be discouraged. My DOL letter is dated on 8/11/06. It's been 7 weeks that I haven't received the original. I plan to wait for another month before I send out I-140.

My attorney said we can submit I-140 and at the same time request a copy of LC from DOL. Which means tell USCIS to verify with DOL and it may take longer than the normal I-140 petition. Do you have a missing LC too? What is your attorney's opinion? Anyone have the same situation please...

We received a final determination letter form PBEC indicating the certified ETA-750 is enclosed in the mail. But we never received one. My lawyer will submit I-140 and request the LC from DOL. Has anyone filed I-140 W/O attaching the LC? I want to know that I am not alone. Thanks! Wenwen
