    For SSN:- I-485 or GC

    if they find out you gona apply for ssn, they will deny you your GC, and when you go for your interview, you need to show I-864, the reason the USCIS requires the I-864 is so you don't becom a borden to the U.S. Govermont.... so, forget about SSN.. Good luck!
