MunDog, When did you apply the I-140?. Was it a PP? Did you applied for EB-3 Proffessional or Skilled?. I think you really have a good chance with MTR...see the below sentance from my previous I-140 denail. Please note that my old labor did not had the 'combination' or the '3 year...

My LUD has not changed after Oct-18th and the status remains the same. Also, did not recieve any emails for the above LUD's. Guys....any idea about the above pattern of the LUD.... I don't have any more time/will to startover my case.. Just don't want to take my wife and kids to go through...
