To my knowledge they don't even look at her 485 unless your 140 is cleared. What is the basis for them to clear her 485? either your 140 is cleared or 485 is cleared. This is not a legal advice.

My LUD on I485 is 8/19/2006.

LUD changes was only on July'14; there is nothing after that. any idea how does it work? will they process the case and put a hold on plastic card untill the visa number becomes current. hpatra.

maheshcr, Yes, they have received my response on July'14 2006; and again the same standard message. My PD is June 2003. I don't think it is based on PD's. However you never know their algorithm. hpatra.
