I worked for Rapidigm I had the same situation. But they did not file 485. But I dont think you can sue them because the green card process is completely done at the mercy of the employer. If I can be of some help let me know. I will keep checking this thread.

Not good reasons You have to include all the 150 resumes. That is the total response for the ad. Otherwise it is fraud.

how can we ignore it? How can we simply ignore it? Especially ad with email address will get tons of resumes without any relation at all. It does not cost for anybody to send an email. I am wondering how can we report to the Labor we received 100 resumes and we ignored it because it does not...
