Date of filing is current, meaning you can choose to send I-130/485 together too, If you can put together all required evidence. The reason why I suggested to mail I-130 is because you get little more time to gather documents to submit I-485 at later time. Technically if you can have I-130...
@Maria_car
Mail out I-130 thru Fedex overnight so that it reaches USCIS before November 22nd, after a week or so mail out I-485/765/131 along with I-130 receipt.

Your present job could be AAA and PERM be BBB.
I-140 job has no link with your current job. Your present job could be based on H-1b, L1 or F1 OPT etc.
Keep in mind I-140 is future job your employer offered to you to accept, So I-140 job be not necessarily same as your current...
You can avail 60 days grace period from the time your job is terminated and file I-539 B2 status for you and your family for 180 days, during that time if you find employment, your new employer can file H1B petition for you.

H-1b & H-4 approval notices I-797A's will arrive at attorney's office.

At this time I would suggest walk down to CBP office and if they cannot extend, then drive out of US and re-enter either thru Canada or Mexico.
It is only 10 days from its I-94...
@bharathyraja1986
Drive down to last port of entry USCBP office & bring it to their attention.
I believe at the time of entry your daughter's passport was not valid enough for USCBP officer to admit until I-94 date probably because passport was expiring before this date.
