My wife's AP application was received by TSC on Feb5,2007. There were two LUDs on Feb28 and Mar1. Then today (3/11/2007) there is a LUD saying that this application was approved and approval notice was sent on Mar3,2007. The strange thing is that we still did not receive the approval yet...

My 485 was approved a couple of hours ago! I checked online status this morning and it wasn't approved. Two hours later, I received two Emails from USCIS saying that my 485 approval notice has been sent out. Good luck to everyone!

why don't prepare for a WOM It seems that you have exhausted all channels one could have thought of to clear the namecheck except to contact first lady. I totally agree with Jeta that you can start write to first lady and also get ready to file WOM to fight for your right!

same here I had two continous LUD on my pending 485 (9/11/06,9/12/06), and today have a LUD on my "old" 140(9/13/06).

LUD again on my 485 get LUD again on my 485 without message change.
