Travelling to India via Franfurt.
You don't need the Transit visa to frankfurst as long as you hold Advance Parole.For other people with expired H1B needs the transit visa.I just came from the vacation and we had no issue with the AP.First of all nobody asked Visa/Advance Parole from us.All i did before the travel was contacted...- bdcp
