this could be a dumb question. But let me try I have OCI card and the sticker on my US passport. Do I need to carry the card also to travel to India?

i dont know if there is guarantee that they will send it back, why should I. thats my thinking now. They didn't returned mine yet......

I included the print out of the status page along with a cover letter with the file number. Even with that they didn't care to send me my old Indian passport......

the only difference is that your oath ceremony will be in the court. So oath schedule will depend on the court schedule.... Also this will be the easiest way to get the name changed I guess. do a search about this on this forum, I am guessing people might have asked this question before.....
