As soon as I changed employer, old PERM is cleared.
PERM filed 1/30/2006 (Conversion from RIR) I was tired of waiting for 9 months. :mad: So, I changed the employer 9/25/2006. The PERM from previous employer was certified 10/26/2006. :eek: Can new emplyer take over my certified labor so that I can file I-140/485? It is terrible case... -

For company A, 1/31/2006 EB-2 PERM filed (converted from RIR).. still "IN PROCESS". H1B 7th year extension is approved until 11/28/2007 Now, I got the offer from company B. Is it OK to move to company B? I am worried because it would be too short time to file the new PERM by 11/27/2006. The... -

Hi! all, I filed PERM 1/30/2006. And, I am still waiting. My company lawyer says it is "in process". I would like to check the status by myself on http://www.plc.doleta.gov/eta_start.cfm, but the lawyer does not allow me to do so. :confused: I trust in the lawyer, but I would like to check...
